Return Policy

You can return any item for a full refund within one year  after you received it. Please return the shipment in its original packaging including the invoice. Your payment will immediately be refunded. In case you are collecting, the shipment need not to be paid and all future shipments will be stopped.

If you decide to send your shipment back, call our office for information or email us.

Return Policy
1. Your account will be credited for any returned merchandise.
2. Any damaged merchandise will be replaced at NO cost to you.
3. If NO record of returned merchandise can be found, you must supply us with a copy of a postal receipt or a receipt from the company who shipped the package to receive a credit.

The way to cancel your reserved collection.

If you forgot to cancel before receiving the next shipment, please return  this shipment within ten days. You can also keep your shipment (and pay for it), and at the same time request to have the next shipment stopped. In that case we will terminate further shipments.

If you do not wish to receive any further shipments, please let us know by telephone +5999 433 8835, or e-mail us at csd@lecturama.us within ten days after receipt of your package. In that case all future shipments will be stopped at once. Of course you will not be eligible to receive any further free-materials.
